The group has experienced its most successful trading period in its 25 year history to 31 July 2105 with a turnover of £10.6m (up from £6.3m on the previous year), a rise of more than 68%.

With 30+ employees, we’re growing rapidly with a quality focus.

Core sectors of specialisation for the group include interim management and search services for IT, education and social care, as well as working with the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

We deliver these services under the brands of Numinic, Education Futures, Care Futures, Manufacturing Futures and Supply Chain Futures.

In addition, we own R3 Resourcing, which offers recruitment services across the retail, fashion and sales industries, plus R3 Welfare & Skills which is a dedicated welfare-to-work, training and skills agency.

We’re firmly focussed on expanding our team further by attracting top talent from the industry into our business, as well as developing and promoting our existing team wherever possible.  We reinvest a substantial proportion of our profits back into the business in order that we can continue to be the best that we can be for our clients, candidates and our people.
